From a story standpoint, I think the pump could return if the Zero Point did something, and with that, some POIS from chapter 1/2 reappear (Starry Suburbs, Dusty Depot, Misty Meadows, Slurpy Swamps, etc.) and in turn, unvaulted the Pump Shotgun, the Tactical Shotgun, the Assault Rifle, and the Burst Assault Rifle, probably also adding in with a Blindness Bow, which, when a player is shot, can be blinded for up to five seconds, but the bow can only be found in Legendary Rarity, but only does 5 damage, as it's not meant to kill the player, only blind them to make the elimination easier, as a Mythic, where you can find it at the new POI Sturdy Stable, which stands on the island in Loot Lake, the boss you will have to face, which would be in the battle pass, but the character you face is named Lucy, she has 100 shield, and 200 health, she won't use her bow as it'll only do 10 damage, and instead use a mythic Pump Shotgun, which can be very devastating, but to balance it out, Lucy's aim is terrible, as she is blind, and listens to sound, to make this boss even more annoying, if you go from any POI into Loot Lake, mainly to swim to Sturdy Stable, she can hear it, as calm water has a boosting sound to make it go out further, which a counter can be added to cancel this out, you can use the now unvaulted Shadow Bombs, to prevent noise of the water.

The melee weapons were at some point supposed to be a part of the melee manager device now. Where the island creator can specifically assign a specific melee tool for certain activities in creative when it was triggered by a trigger device or when the game starts. The melee manager Device was actively used in one of the Soundwave series event. But was never released to the public at least not yet and seems to be constantly delayed. I guess possibly to the point it may not release now cause of it being delayed so many times now. But who know what they'll do.

I think the Striker Pump has permanently replaced the OG Pump as a weapon, it stands a chance against the other shotguns unlike the Chapter 2 Pumps, the Tactical completely pummeled the Pump, I will miss the old shotguns, but the Auto and Striker Pump are welcome alternatives

The creative swords are actually not from save the world. They are actually for the upcoming melee manager device. The way it works is you insert the melee weapon into the device and you are then able to customize the weapon. I know this because I am very active in creative and I have been paying attention to the leaks.
