I really like watching harvest content that is more up to date rather than several weeks old. Hope the hurricane didn’t damage your crops too bad, had lots of wind here in central Indiana. Great video!

Enjoy watching your channel from planting to harvest. I grew up in Idaho on the farm. You may enjoy watching potato harvest on a rain off day, Rocky Mountain Farm channel. Am retired and old living in Arizona. Wouldn't know how to start a new tractor.

Andy, the breeder I bought my Newfie from has a massive farming operation in another state. She's more into breeding various breeds and doing her own thing. She sent me some pics a while ago. It was her latest bunch of new Bobcat kitties. LOL She also sent a pic of her holding the daddy Bobcat. OMG, there's zero chance I'd get near it let alone hold it. We've got an open invite to go shooting out on their property and stay at their lodge. I respectfully and politely declined a few times now. I'm not going anywhere even close to a Bobcat Breeder. LOL Happy and safe harvest neighbor to the south. God Bless Edit to add: after watching Katie hook up a head to the combine, I am officially saying she's a BOSS and kinda puts you boys to shame. LOLOL Kidding, but dear Lord, she's good at it

You should look at putting may west Polly on your Deere stock stompers we really like them because the corn slides a little better on the stomper and if doesn’t wear out the metal on the Deere stomper

Hey Andy, just some info here:, literally watched a bobcat take down a mule deer doe 10 feet from my car in Oregon, a couple of years ago: State Fish & Game wouldn’t let me shoot it because it wasn’t a domestic animal that it killed. Just an fyi: bobcats are way more capable of killing than you think. Food for thought.

If the implement is not being used in a week, we shut them off. 🤷♂️ I don’t like waiting for the def pump!
@aTrippyFarmer2 ай бұрын
That's a great way to look at it. The DEF pump is interesting because some of them are wired around the battery shut-off. The X9 switch doesn't kill the pump. The 8Rs definitely don't like it if you kill the power before the pump is off.

On times when you are waiting to harvest, why don't you go-ahead and start fall tillage on the fields you have harvested?????
@aTrippyFarmer2 ай бұрын
Other than running the inline ripper, which we haven't decided on this year yet, there isn't any pressing tillage to be done. Working corn stalks early is a gamble. It works better if they get some rain on them and time to decay. If it stays super wet all fall, you'd be better off working now.
