Seems life as beautiful as it is, can be so cruel and difficult..the best part in feeling that, is finding out just how strong and deep you love and people love you...I live my life believing EVERYTHING IS FOR SOMETHING and from the moment we take our first breath, God has decided when and how we will take our last...there aren't "mistakes" in Heaven, only angels that were needed HOME more then here. Accepting that at times is almost impossible bc the pain is so overwhelming....hearts feel as if they're going to explode...but the Sun will shine and the stars will be bright and our merciful God will give us the strength to smile again bc the truth is-to love as deeply,as beautifully as we all do, there has to be a hello and a goodbye and if given the chance to not go through the pain of letting go, NONE OF US would ever not want to experience the depth of a beautiful,devoted love bc of a goodbye we will have to face. I pray God wraps his arms of comfort on everyone who's devastated over the passing of this beautiful lady...you will find a way to honor her in death..bc you've honored her in life. 💛💛

Prayers for everyone. We lost my dad suddenly to the flu in 2016. My son is what kept me going and helped me through that terribly horrible time. Rely on each other as a family and a unit. It’s ok to breakdown emotionally, that’s perfectly healthy. Continued prayers for everyone.

My heart & prayers go out to you all. We sadly lost my sister-in-law's Mum to pneumonia & sepsis at the beginning of this year & it was sudden as she seemed to be pulling through. One of the things we found most difficult was that her family couldn't make it in time, so she wasn't surrounded by her loved ones & she passed away in hospital. We also nearly lost my adopted Gran to pneumonia just about 10 days later, she actually died & had an experience of Heaven before coming back. While we're obviously glad we still have my adopted Gran, but with losing my sister-in-law's Mum (who was like family to us as are all my sister-in-law's family) so close, it just reminded us of how we will lose my adopted Gran one day. It's definitely been a tough start to 2018 for so many people. But you're right, you do have to try to keep everything "normal" where kids are concerned. My niece has been testing the boundaries to check her world is still safe after losing her Nanny. And we're sad for her that she's so young (3 years old), that she won't have many memories of her Nanny, if any.

I lost my brother (aka: my best friend ) unexpectedly when he was 42. We were only 11 mos. apart, and grew up very close and although it was 3 yrs ago, this past December, I still struggle. Grief is a journey, there is no finish line. Just a way to cope with it.

spacedout I lost my father at 42 as well. He has a sudden massive heart attack early one morning and I tried my best to revive him , but he died with me holding his head in my lap doing first aid, . I always blamed myself that I didn't know CPR at the time , the doctor assured me that he was in the final stages of the heart attack and it would not of saved him, but I always wonder if he said that to comfort me and I really may of saved him. . I was 16 and my father raised me alone. I treasure my childhood and the memories..I understand what you are feeling with the loss of your brother. It takes a piece of your heart and soul.

My Grandmother was killed in a car wreck a couple years ago & it was the most tragic thing for our family that’s ever happened. My God it never gets easier either. It hits you over & over. My heart breaks for your family & many prayers here in TN going up for you all!! Lots of love!!

My thoughts are with you all but i must say ive watched cullens insta stories and the way he is being around the kids is absolutely fantastic, taking bennett for his suit etc and you can tell he is trying to make things normal and get them smiling and it is so nice to see that they have got someone who you can see is trying so hard to make things better in the best way he knows how. So nice that they have got that right now. My dad died quite suddenly in october last year and at first i couldnt function but watching these vlogs helped me zone out for a little while so i thank you for that and i know how hard this is for you all as i still feel the pain every day

When I woke up Tuesday morning, I saw Jay's post on Instagram. Then when I got to work (I'm a teacher) I found out a student in our school who had a long battle with cancer passed away...it's been a hard week all around. It's never easy to understand why God makes the choices that he does. But I find comfort in knowing that both Nini and our angel at school are at peace with the lord, watching over us, and know how much they are loved. Thinking of your family, Kelley, Jay, and their kids every day.

I agree it is one of the hardest things ever. My little cousin 18 yrs old passed away Dec 30 in a car accident and it was the first sudden deaths we have dealt with as well. We just have to take it day by day, minute by minute. It doesn't get easier you just learn how to deal with it and that is NO simple task. Thoughts and prayers to ALL of you at this time and especially prayers for strength and comfort for everyone.

My father-in-law was killed in a car accident two and a half years ago when our twins were right over a year old. It’s still hard for my husband and his family at times, and it was a completely helpless time for all of us involved and connected to the situation. Sorry to hear about your loss! Y'all could get some of the locking foam floor mats that are made for the garage floors or they make some for kids. I know SAMs club sales them. That way if the kids fell getting into the bouncy house or coming off the slide they wouldn't hurt the sly. I'm wanting some to put under our carport so that the grand baby doesn't crack his head on the concrete when he plays out there.

I went back and was watching Emily's B'day party vlog and Jay Mother was there and it is so hard to believe that just in that short of time she is gone. We had a Pastor one time that said life is but a vapor, and how true that is. We are praying for the whole family I know Jay and his brother and Dad and Kelly and his brother's wife are all just devastated !! One thing about her she always made the time with her grandchildren special and made it count. Those children the ones old enough to remember will Always have GREAT memories of going to Ninnies house !!!!
