Life in america is like gambling , you can make money when you play with the system. You can pay mortgage for 30 years, and you think you're making money. You have to keep selling and buying how you make a profit

You don't have to pay your mortgage for 30 years. That is a choice. You can pay more than the average mortgage. I bought my house 4 years ago but I have only 90k remaining. You can pay more on the principal. It's a choice. Nobody said it's a must to pay it in 30 years.
