9:37 the pyro uptime of XIANGLING and HUTAO, yes the two pyro characters with the highest amount of elemental application do need someone to help them with that. just use Thoma or Zhongli with them thats good enough.

Personally, I suggest going for staff of Homa, as it's not just really good on hu tao, it's good on basically every and any polearm character, and it would just be crazy value for this account. Another thing is, I suggest using Zhongli with hu tao, and I know that zhongli is really good with xiao, but a healer works better with xiao compared to hu tao, like yao yao for example. Especially if you use raiden on that team, the aggravate can be used as a sub-dps.

Yeh homa is just way too high value of a weapon, especially on an only polearms account, its such a good and powerful stat stick, so much so you probably could consider getting more than 1, but thats going whale territory, but still, it would be insane on this account, and its better than the specific premium 5 star weapons

I'd suggest swap Xiangling for Candace and/or add Zhongli, 'cause Xiangling steals all of the melt reactions from Hu Tao, plus Candace and Rosaria can freeze enemies, which will be beneficial on the battlefield

when theres no efficient way to melt/vaporize shimenava 4pc is always the better choice for hu tao, + the domain is very resin efficent especially for this account. also since Zhongli is in Xiao's team, Thoma is a great choice for Hu Taos team (if you happen to get him lol)

I pulled for Hu Tao in this patch for the first time. Then i decided to put her on a team with Raiden Xingqiu and dendro traveler and gave everyone a lot of EM to see how it would work out. Once bursts and elemental skills go off all i see on screen is a bunch of different colored numbers and enemies disappearing in seconds. This is going to be my team for a while now.

I think good team will be somewhat a mono pyro team, like: Hu Tao, Xiangling, Thoma and Yun Jin, with Hu Tao being on 4-piece lavawalker or 4-pece shimenawa, and Yun Jin on 4-piece archaic petra; obviously this is a normal attack Hu Taol; also since she dont need a healer - would be better to have a good shield, and since you dont have Thoma yet, Zhongli can replace this slot, because Xiao in much more of a need in healer, rather then shield and can survive without Zhongli in abyss.

I was pulling for Hu tao and I got her at around 73ish pity. I then wished on the weapon banner bc it was super cracked and got the staff of homa. Then I was just building pity on Neuvillette banner bc I don’t care if I got him or not (I was a beginner so I didn’t realize how goatee he was) and got him 30-50 pity. Absolutely no regrets on that banner

DEELOOOO YOU SHOULD USE ZHONGLI WITH HU TAO SINCE HE'S THE BEST OPTION FOR HER (ALSO SO THAT SHE DOESN'T DIE) and rosaria is actually rlly good for Hu Tao,and i would suggest using the dragons bane on her for more melt damage,since rosaria is just there for her burst and cryo application and the crit rate boost,but anywaysss Zhonglibis a rlly good shielder and shredd res for hu tao,if you can't put Zhongli on her team,then Thoma would be nice too,also you can use candace as a quick swap to apply hydro with her skill and then switch to hu tao to vaporize,but yeah I'm outta ideas now lol

Since you don't have any consistent hydro/cryo applicators on this account, I would recommend playing a mono-pyro team using Hutao, Xiangling, Thoma/ZL, and Xiao (4VV) Your second team could be a hyperbloom team using Yao Yao, Shogun (EM), Candace (on-field), and Yunjin/ZL

Congrats in Hu Tao! I accidently got C2 Hu tao cuz I was pulling on her banner for Xingqiu cons and my pity at the time was 22. And I did 30 pulls until she came at 46 pity and won the 50/50. Otherwise I'm not mad since I play her a lot and her skill now does good damage. Maybe I will C6 her in the future? That depends on me lol.

teams i would suggest you to try - xiao , yao yao , raiden , zhongli , this is team where xiao is hypercarry and raiden constantly aggravates using yao yao dendro application. team 2 - hutao with dragons bane , shenhe , mika and xiangling , the same team used by you but hu tao with dragons bane and mika as healer helps out in hard content like abyss.

I pulled Neuvillette this patch since I already have Hu Tao, don't want C1 yet and had a Guarantee so I wasn't worried about him. I am 0/3 for Homa attempts but at least I got Neuvi's book ✌ with white tassel, I think doing double geo with Yunjin and zhongli is gonna be better for Hu Tao at this time. Xiao needs shields too but I think he can get away with not having it right now as long as yao yao is doing huge heals. That's my opinion anyway!

Zhongli is way better with Hutao than Xiao, cause xiao works better with healers, so you have a defensive unit for each team. And ig shenhe rosaria works, i think could be good, if not yunjin just for the geo res. But i actually like the idea of doing double pyro, double geo, Hutao/Xiangling/Yunjin/Zhongli, so no reactions cause honestly reactions dont seem too possible, atleast for melt case, reverse melt sure, but ehhhhh And then Xiao i feel like you should aggravate with Raiden, thatll do insane dmg, and you can almost have no downtime. And then Candace for some weird Hyperbloom, probably not gonna be the major thing, but still something to consider

my hu experience: so i saved like 54 wishes and did not get her so I ended up just wishing when ever I got any wishes or primogems so I got to 78 wishes then the 5* came but it was mona so I ended up just wishing when I got the chance so I was around 30 pity and one day i spend 5 wishes then i did a world quest in sumeru and did my 6th wish and hu came home

Wish I could have won when rolling for Neuvillette. Lost to Diluc and then got him on 15 pity. I'm saving right now to try rolling in weapons to attempt getting his weapon. I win either way. If I lose I get Staff of Homa for Zhongli and if I win I get a great weapon for Neuvillette. Working on his team comp now.
