The way public order laws were written was and IS a license for them to justify an arrest and intimidation. 3:20 Good point about going to the reception. You cannot be trespassing when you go to the reception. That's the whole point of one. It doesn't matter that the reception isn't generally open to the public, anyone can use the reception if they have a purpose to do so. Say, informing the business that some activity might be going on outside the site, from digging up the road to making a video. Where trespass could occur is when someone goes off the beaten track and starts wandering around the whole site. But even then the person would have to be informed that they should not do so, either verbally or with signs for proper trespass to occur. Trespass is all about depriving the owner of the use of their land. It is not when someone just happens to wander somewhere which wasn't designed for them to wander. It would be the fault of the business not to make such area secure. And it would not be fair or reasonable for the person who walks in the wrong place to be punished for the mistakes made by the business.
