Think these are pretty much perfect, but I would change “pavement close” to *”the pavement glows”* (i.e., his headlights shine on it as he’s driving). These may be nitpicks but I’d also do “life you found _among_ the crowds” and “strangers _lead and then they_ disappear” (although that sounds awkward as a line) Edit: oh and “headlights shining down the *open* road.” But it’s perfect otherwise
