"I'm happy but I'm not 'haha' happy" such a great way of putting it 🤣You're so right that we're constantly chasing reasons to be happy and putting our lives on hold. Love your outlook on life this was an insightful watch ❤

Such a touching video, and it resonated deeply with me. It reminded me of an analogy my therapist once shared: emotions are like the waves on the ocean's surface, they are ever changing. But happiness? It's the deeper, thicker layer of the ocean-constant and stable. Your reminder about gratitude and contentment brought me back to that feeling of deep ocean, allowing me to focus on that happiness rather than getting lost in the surface waves. I truly wish more people would discuss this and remind us to look deeper within. Thank you for this refreshing perspective, Koko!

Thank you for this video. This is very well said and very wise. A pity your thoughtful video hasn't more views and attention. It deserves more. The chase for happiness is a very modern thing brought by this mercantile society. Just seeing the big business of coaching proposing how to reach happiness. However this is totally fake. Modern humans are very ungrateful and act like spoiled children. Life is just up and downs and we should be more grateful of what God gave us. After difficulties and hard times come happy moments for us to be grateful for what we have. When I was traveling for development projects in West Africa, I was meeting villagers who have very little material and we're in reality more happy than most people in Western Europe. We should always consider people who have less to realise how lucky we are. Ps: like the ha ha ha happy 😁
