one piece is so deep...i pity those who don't give it a try and hate my making excuses " it's too long ". I never regretted watching this anime. Yea its was a long journey and it was boring sometimes , but again as the art style, animation, and story progressed i was more and more thrilled and binged 50 + ep in whole night cuz i was too obsessed with this anime more and more . Enjoying peak moments and dealing with all emotional rollercosters, literally crying over a ship, and i was on verge of dropping the show when ace died. The journey was never disappointing and i cried for whole 3 hours seeing luffy broke down from ace death. Oda made every one of the characters too peak . all the crew had very sad past but they eventually moved on . The story didnt derailed even a single time . Its really a MASTERPIECE

This just shows that One Piece is not childish. My mom and all my friends think, not just One Piece, but anime in general is childish. I can accept that my mom says it’s childish because at least she watched anime her whole life and has watched the One Piece East Blue movie. But my friends have either watched One Piece or any anime, and they say it sucks and it’s childish. I don’t think I can ever convince them.
