Can so relate to this. Whether it's fear, laziness, depression, anxiety... I know I am the one standing in the way of achieving the things that I want. Hindering my own journey, and it is so infuriating! I have been reading "Daring Greatly" by Brene Brown. She's got a few TED talks too, and she talks about vulnerability and shame, and how connecting and being open to vulnerability can really shift things for us. Thanks for being so open and honest!
