It's Mental Health Awareness Month - My Journey and Some Lessons

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. My first KZbin video on this channel was posted last year in May for this purpose. It was the first time I had gone "public" about my struggle with anxiety and depression. I go more in depth on my journey as well as into some lessons I've learned since I started fighting for peace and healing.
