Not to sure about that.them you could possibly be a liability if you have anything g like that on your record weather you be guilty or, the worse thing as I understand it you may not even know your down on record, even if the police decide your not guilty of a hate crime it still can go down that you been reported,, well that's my understanding of it, all I do know ow for definet it was sheer stupidity to introduce this sham of a law and eventually if is allowed to remain on place it will be seriously abused at some point...

Everyone in Scotland should try and get reported for a hate crime. This will result in losing the social stigma. While also forcing employers to accept people with this on their record.
