If u have time for pet than fine or else it will be problem. Good to know your son knows so many breads and drawings those breads at such young age is awesome. When he becomes busy is school then dog must be taken care by someone if u guys become busy in your work then dog will shout in the flat which will become problem for others. So, What Ravi Kiran said is also a point. He is anyhow enjoying with paper dog, let him enjoy that part for while and I don't think it's pitchee kids actions are like that. Dogs are stress busters if they are with you. At the same time many get emotional to them and when they die they can't take that. So up to you guys to decide good luck.
