U hv a very cute pup...but plz be veryyyy veryyy gentle with him...reward him to teach him shake hand ...give him a toy ,like a duck or a soft teddy bear...get him a soft pillow n move ur hands slowly gently on him ...he'll respond better ...also be careful ur balcony railing gap is tooo big for him...he can jump...big. dogs too can squeeze thru a small gap.💕🥰🤗😍

Puppies needs to be groomed by mother atleast for 8weeks. Taking away puppy in their transitional stage of development(2 to 4 weeks) results in lots of behaviour problems, weight loss, seperation anxiety, less socialization,susceptible to diseases ect. It's a suggestion to send him to his mother and get him back after 8 weeks.
