THAT was a harmonica solo! The guitar and vocal and bass and drums are amazing, too. But DAMN, THAT was a harmonica solo.

Ricci is a refreshingly brilliant harp player. And I've heard almost all the harp greats.

I play harmonica and follow Jason Ricci....... i'm glad that it brought me to this video. Now I don't say bad words, but when I need to I will..... With that being said: The dirty blues vocals put down by this Kat are the best Mother-Effin GUTT blues notes that I've heard probably EVER! Call me Krazy, I don't give a shit.... this is MY 2 cents !!!!!

The guitarist knows the blues are in every single note, even when it is a single note. Sorry, but the classic difference between great bluesmen and the pretenders today, particularly the guys who think blowing a thousand notes a minute is the blues? Y'all forget you are playing MUSIC, not giving a technical recital - Kenny G on harmonica. Then, they all dress real hip, like, and thrash all around, but Big and Little Walter, Sonny, Sonny Boy, hell, they just stand there and play! Of course, the Wolf learned from Sonny Boy, then worked his sound into his unique gyrations, but Mick's moves still pale by comparison. Lead singer, guitarist, thumbs up. I've seen a lot of harp legends in the past fifty years, and Ricci does not belong.

Looks and sounds like the band and audience disagrees.
