I couldn't understand a word (I'm german), but it was still interesting to see how the inside of the Bornsesteeg building and room looks. I'm thinking of applying for rooms there. It would be amazing if you could answer some questions I have. In general, would you recommend Bornsesteeg? Are the common toilets and the shower cleaned by professionals or do students have to do that themselves? Was the refrigerator included or did you buy that yourself?

Hello, thank you for watching this video :) I didn't realize it would be watched by people outside my country. I will add the subtitle soon! Hahaha, you can decorate your room as you want, to make it more comfortable, like I did. You'll see each room maybe different, depends on the owner ((but we have the same simple room in the beginning)). It's not difficult to find cheap/ free additional stuffs (decorations, furniture) from seniors here, even IKEA. 1. Yes, I definitely would recommend Bornsesteeg, especially if you need more space and time for yourself, since you don't have to interact with people that frequent (compared to sharing corridors). But sometimes students in the same corridor may arrange a kind of dinner, so still there is time for socialization :) Yet actually, my main reason of chosing Bornsesteeg is because it has a private kitchen! And the bonus is, it's close from campus :D 2. Don't worry, the common toilets and showers will be cleaned by the cleaning services around twice a week~ 3. For the fridge, I bought it myself, only for 15e and it worked well until I finished my study. As I said before, it's not hard to find stuffs here, maybe you can check facebook Wageningen Student Plaza. Hope it helps :) Congrats, welcome to WUR!
