Being originally from the Maritimes, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Our family moved to Ontario in 1954 when I was four years old and we have lived here ever since. I have returned to the Maritime provinces on numerous occasions over the years to visit, family, and just to explore, but I have never been to Newfoundland. Your videos are just an absolute treat to watch. They whet my appetite more than ever to make a trip to Newfoundland before I get too old that I can’t. I look forward to watching the rest of your Newfoundland trip, which is where I started from on your videos. And once I finish those, I’ll go back and visit some of your other videos logs.

Wow thank you so much for the kind comments! We are so happy that you found us. We cannot encourage you enough to go explore Newfoundland! Take your time there, travel around, see the sights, eat the food and chat with the lovely people! So many people from all over visit every summer. We met people from the southern states, western Canada and everywhere in between. It is an underrated province for sure! Thank you so much for watching! Also, you may be pleased to know that in next week's video we are in .....Halifax!! Cheers!

Happy birthday, Twillingate is an area I spend a lot of time, I was responsible for Telecommunications and cellular service for years, now my daughter has a vacation home there minutes walk from Aul Island Winery and they have a new boat so needless to say I love it there lol. In 2023 there were loads of icebergs in the bay actually some right in the harbor. My most watch video is of fishing and out close up and personal with them. I was born and raised here never had a touton with scallops but I will be trying it lol. Looks like you may have boondocked in Bonavista close to the area I was boondocking there couple of weeks ago lol. We also visited Elliston on that trip lol. Love the puffins. Yes growing up I went mummering many times lol. Great video really enjoyed this one glad I subscribed and have notifications turned on so I can follow your journey and will check your other videos. Have a great week.
