This is encouraging! As a Head Tennis Coach, I decided to focus on culture, but we lost all of our games in the fall. However, what end up happening is that the players were close to each other, improved their game, and show a eagerness to work hard. And we ended up having a better spring season. And we are continuing that momentum

I went through selection in the UK for RMAS. Then attended. Then Commissioned. Spent 7 years “in” after that leaving finally as a senior Captain. We call these “Command Tasks”. Achievement of the aim was actually more important to us than it seems Simon’s experience with the Marine Officer selection was. However, essentially he is spot on. It’s more about how you are under pressure and whether you can use your team and what’s available in a way where they follow your plan. “Leaderless Command Tasks” are much more interesting. It’s not the loudest person who necessarily rises to be the best leader in those ones. Lots of fun.

This sounds pretty nice! Reaching successes or failures sometimes leave someone from progressing or continuing. I should maintain that momentum too!

Are you serious with this? If you think Biden is a better leader than Trump I have some bad news for you. Biden not honoring dead marines who got returned from his chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan. Biden approving arrest and trial of his political opponent through trumped up charges without any actual crime accusation. Biden being racist against his fellow citizens (calling black people roaches and poor people, etc.). Biden actively supporting corruption through his son Hunter (Ukraine, China). Need I go on?
