I love the fact that you don't think about death as losing the battle. In our western society death is something that should be avoided at all costs. Healing is not always about staying here. Many times healing means crossing to the other side. Not many people talk about this, so thank you Anita.

I would like to add something about saying "no". As a recovering people-pleaser I must say, that most of the time, perhaps even all the time, I was not really aware of the fact that I even wanted to say "no". I was totally focused on what others wanted and expected of me and felt just the immediate wish to help them, and totally unaware of ME. I did not know what I did or did not want, because I was so disconnected from myself. So in the past, I would totally agree with you: I would say, of course you should say "no" if you do not want to do what someone asks of you! I believed that's what I did! I was sure I was acting only from my own choice etc. However, only now do I realize that I simply did not recognize my own wishes, I did not see "me", I did not feel "me". I believed then, that my "yes" came from my heart, when in actuality I was so disconnected that I did not even know that my heart wanted to say "no" but I did not hear it. I could only hear the other person's heart and what they wanted. Now I'm learning. Learning to ask inside me: is this what I want? Is this good for me? Does this benefit me? I am learning to understand what it means to take care of me, to ask myself, to check with my energy, time etc. before I do anything for another person. I hope the point I'm trying to make is clear...

Thank you for expressing it so clear! 💞 This resonates with me a lot. That's exactly what I thought who I was when being there for everyone and saying yes. You nailed it. I am grateful to Anita and her message to us during these years, that helps me to find myself and to discover who I truly am. ❤

I have loved Anita’s beautiful demeanor since the first time I became aware of her. This video has special resonance as I have just received a diagnosis (early thank God) and I’m laughing along with the gang! Saying “no” authentically is a natural and beautiful thing! I have become much better at it and healthy non-doormats 🙃 accept your “no” at face value.

I had to say a huge NO to someone I love very dearly. The thought of yes in this particular situation literally made me feel like I was being choked just thinking about it. I told her no, expecting backlash; but she was actually pretty gracious about it. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏 I’m learning to be Unafraid of who I am!
@Equinox1.55 жыл бұрын
I had a similar experience. The thought of yes also made me feel choked. I said no - with a huge amount of internal guilt that I can't seem to expunge, although I know I made the right decision for both of us, ultimately - and my relative was also pretty gracious about it.
@Equinox1.55 жыл бұрын
@Ting-Ting Meng You are so right, Ting-Ting Meng. I did say yes initially, for a short time (temporarily), and it took a bad toll on my physical and mental health. I developed a frightening stress-related condition that presents like an allergy (swelling face, hot hands, etc.). I still have it eight months later and have to take strong medications to control it. I said no after that. I know it is also better for my relative. It is just hard for me to accept because it goes against what she wants. It does not go against what she needs, though - what she wants and what the medical professionals say she needs are diametrically opposed to each other and the medics were very unhappy with me for helping her out by acceding to her request initially. Thank you for your kind response.

Wow Anita! Love from India!!! Aap kaise hain? Sometimes when I hear you talk, it feels like the messages are coming from my soul. Many of your messages are so right and undeniable that I'm astonished to the greatest extent. I've felt sad and negative many times in life. After the failure of a plastic surgery that we all expected would work, I decided to love myself no matter what! I used to feel slightly relaxed and calm, when I accept some negative emotions coming out of my life and welcome them. Although I had negative emotions, I could feel tranquility in me because I welcomed them. I've wondered how I could not be positive, but still be calm. Now after watching this video, this puzzle has been answered. I can totally relate to what you speak Anita! You're an angel!

Thank you so much for introducing your lovely team! I resonate with your view that death is not losing a battle. I feel sad when people say that a person lost the battle to whatever illness. Death is our victory over physical illness because our sprit is free fr the limitations of a physical body and will crossover to a spiritual realm. I went through a challenging surgery & having a perspective of following the light helped me go through it with love & acceptance. Again, thank you.

I love listening to your excellent words and lovely voice. Here’s what I hear Anita: when people are asking, “why am I not healing when I’m being so positive”, what they really want to know is, how CAN I actually heal my body, as you did? Certainly loving yourself and accepting yourself does bring positivity, and feels wonderful, to yourself and to others. And we know that won’t always translate to a return to health. But, if I COULD heal the cancer in my body, what would I do? What did YOU do?

I have enjoyed your books and videos. Thank you for that! I also wanted to let you know that not all people who don't love themselves take the "door mat" stance. Some of us figured out early on that there was no possibility of pleasing others so the only option seems to be the mode of "screw you, I don't need you anyway." It is a rebellious life and a very lonely life. It still results in a huge lack of self love (if no one else loves me, I must not be lovable). So even though us "lonely rebels" would not consider becoming a door mat, we still need to learn how to love ourselves. Anyway, thanks for all that you do and keep up the good work!

Happy belated birthday Anita! Thank you for posting this. I have recently been getting sick with all sorts of things from a cold to migraines to an infection and have been trying to be positive all the time to see if it would help me heal. Whilst it makes me feel better to think positively, and to be praying for everyone, I don't know if it helped with my sicknesses that much. So I was getting a bit annoyed and was asking the Universe why? Why me when I am so positive all the time? So I think you are right, I was probably trying to force myself to be positive all the time instead of allowing myself to be myself. Your guide to how to love oneself is very useful, I can try to do that and wish I get better. Sending you and your team lots of love all the way from New Zealand. :-)
@Lisa_M_V5 жыл бұрын
Stand guard at the gates of your mind. Positive thoughts towards yourself are so important. ‘I love myself’ ‘I am worthy’ ‘I am beautiful’. This is all self love. Dis-ease is due to misalignment of mind and body. Many people I know are ‘positive’ on the outside (the day and act positive) but you don’t know what’s happening inside their minds. The inner conversation as Neville Goddard talks about. Self love is the best to stay healthy. Love yourself. Eat well, drink lots of water (be grateful before drinking it) exercise, sleep well, focus on gratitude before bed. Stress and not forgiving and holding anger inside you is what causes a mis-alignment of energy in the body. Love is the highest vibration 🧡

Hello Anita ❤ I follow your shares for a while and I love videos and the energy and advices you give. And you are prettier from video to video you shine 😃 ... one thing came to my mind while watching your last video, hope it will inspire you to answer. How can I seamlessly learn my child to be/stay 6 sensory being, since almost everyone in our environment is programming her the opposite? How to make her aware/learn some life important things now when it could be much easier adopted? I am healing from a medical condition and going through a transformation. And I would like her to grow with me from where she is now, and not to forget everything and have to remind and learn when she grows up.. Thanks, xx

Hello!:))) ) ))) It's great to have You back after a long break, Mrs. Moorjani:))) )))) However, I have noticed one contadiction, if I may point this out, in the frames, of course, of my "friendly polemics" idea:))) ) ))) Well, when idea of "always being positive" is somewhat denied to some degree, and idea of "loving Yourself" is advertised instead, then it seems that "loving Yourself" is NOT positive... I wolud say, that "loving Yourself" actually IS THE MOST POSITIVE thing, that one can do for himself/herself:))) ) ))) Therefore, if this "self-love" is always a "right way", it menas that "being positive" is also always "the right way":))) ) ))) So, what really is the problem here?:) The problem is this: people do not distinguish between "Being Positive" and "Pretending To Be Positive":) That is the problem:) Typically, people try to use idea of "positiveness" to fight against something (illness for instance) or they want to "attract" something (health for example) from outside of them - and by doing so, they only prove, that their minds truly are clinging to the problem (illness), instead of the solution (health):) Suprficially, they are positive, but in actuality, they are not - they are conditional, fear-based, and they try to force positive effects, that they are deprived of:) Therefore, ABSENCE of positive outcome (health for example), IS really what they are producing:) "Being Positive" IS always the answer, but this powerful state of mind is not a weapon that is supposed to enforce outcomes, and it is also not a currency that is supposed to buy desired results; such a conditional, fearful utilisation of "positiveness" is in fact, act of advertising what is negative - it reveals, that such an individual is really focused on the problem:) And that is the problem with "being positive":) It is supposed to be unconditional state created just for it's own sake, and NOT in order to force the effects:))) ) ))) That is why people get well, when they receive a placbeo - their minds are truly accepting idea of healing:) But when people try to force the effect, they are dishonest - they merely pretend, that they are positive, whereas in fact, they are focusing more and more, on the problem:) Similar issue happens to people who are ill although they were "positive" - the fact, that someone appears to be positive, does not prove, that he/she really is, deep within:) Superficially happy person can carry tons of negative believes, and destructive definitions, that are very active:))) ) ))) Positive person, can also have many unhealthy habits, like bad nutrition, smoking, being susceptible to stress or anger or sense of guilt or lack of fulfillment or belief according to which "life is cruel and unfair" etc. :) Seemingly positive individual can drag around all kinds of negative attitudes, that may be buried deep in the mind, yet still are very active nonetheless:) It is not always that easy to determine, what is the truth about someone else's mind, or even OUR OWN... :) Besides, some people may be seemingly happy around others, but when they are alone, they may be dealing with all kind of negative representatives of destructive mind-set... Simple example - officially happy person, is actually tragically, patologiacally afraid of lack of money (lack of material safety in life), and here we have a source of a powerful stess, that is very conducive to sickness... Sometimes also, an illness can represent a challenge, that is desired by the "Soul", that wishes to use it in a constructive way: for example, someone, who went through a sickness, can later - exactly due to personal expierence - become a great healer for others, that is classical one) :))) ) ))) Being Positive can NEVER drain anyone, it is simply not possible - only PRETENDING positiveness, mimicing it, can really drain:)))) ) ))) Besides - let me go back, to the very beginning of this post - how one can love himself/herself without being positive?:))) ) ))) And how, true act of constructive self-acceptance can NOT be positive?:))) ) ))) REAL positiveness is ALWAYS "the answer", unlike "artificial positiveness", that is just hidden negativeness:))) ) ))) The other thing is, that "being positive" may take a form of being honest about something negative - but STILL it is - if executed properly - POSITIVE:)))) ) ))) A dose of unhappiness may be actually positive, providing that it advertises fertile, constructive self-recognition, combined with a constructive intent of constructive transformation:))) ) ))) Problem is this - people may assume, that "being positive" must be about not feeling bad, ever; however, sometimes, being positive may be as well, about accepting "negativeness" in order to honestly use it, as a friendly means that activates process of true, intentional transfromation:))) ) ))) In such a case, positiveness is NOT absent, at all - on the contrary, it is very present, even if some pain is involved:))) ) ))) Best Wishes and Namaste!:))) ) ))) AneLLetio:))) ) )))
