Gdm., Yes, amen. Eden did an Excellent, wonderful job act'n out her part as Eden & losing her 1st baby.😐🥺😢 Been there done that. Losing a baby, Espec. a 1st baby was/is very hard. But GoD, Team JeSuS, my dear mother help'd me thru it. I was 19 yrs old. So I cud not have made it after my loss. A very sad, confus'n time. It was a very devastat'n & traumatic experience. After my loss my mom took care of me, she helped & nursed me back 2 health. She cooked 3 course meals, makn sure I ate properly, stayed in 6 weeks. So I physically heal b4 going outside. Ole skool. 👍🏾 I❤️❤️ & miss U Mama (RIP)... 😢😥😭 I would've been totally lost. If it wasn't for my Daddy God & my Lord & Savior Jesus in my heart wen I lost 1st babygrl. Bc I wasn't walkn with God @ the time. I was a backslider. So I know God/JeSuS was with me the Whole time. God was still show'n💝, Care & def. Merciful unto me. Bc I also could've died with baby dead inside me for a few days. I still Thank God to this day. Tht my precious babygrl went straight from my womb to Heaven with our Daddy God, & with JeSuS (my Faithful Lord & Saviour), my BF4L, a Great Intercessor. I know he 🛐 & interceded for me 24/7. Also, I will see my precious lil. brown👁️👁️babygrl again wen God calls me 🏠, to our Heavenly 🏠.🙂🤗🥰 So I have to endure until the End & the same. Season 3 touched me in a very personal way. I am a mother of 11, 9 angel babies and 2 children whom made it to term. While watching the Season finale I was able to find some peace with knowing that God never abandoned me when I needed Him the most. Lara really did an outstanding job on this! Decades ago I had two miscarriages and I saw myself in her portrayal!! I also saw myself in Veronica the woman with the issue of blood!! I went through it all and of course I dealt with these experiences alone with no love from my ex husband or family. But I had Jesus and the Gospel to help me through it all!! There are so many women in this world that went through it too. I'm so grateful that The Chosen does it well through Scripture and the back stories so others can be healed too and come to Jesus!! Lara is fantastic. She did such an incredible and beautiful job portraying something that millions of women are unable to give voice to. I am a grief counselor, and there are so many women who experience this disenfranchised grief. My hope is that by seeing this so honestly and vulnerably portrayed that perhaps it will allow women and others to be able to speak about this pain in their lives. I honestly believe that THE CHOSEN has sparked a hunger for the things of God, particularly Jesus Christ. You have made Him and the others come to life for so many who are unfamiliar with His Gospel. Also to the feeling of being left out- when at the river where the guys were in the water playing, Mary and the other woman watching and in the background, alone, was Eden. Lara does such an amazing job in the very powerful scenes this season. She is an amazing actress and woman of faith. One of the things I love about The Chosen is how it illustrates how the gospel brings hope and healing to all kinds of people; women who experience miscarriage, people on the autism spectrum, people with physical disabilities, etc. I know that when couples face challenges like Eden and Simon face this season often mistakes are mode by both sides, but as I said elsewhere, in the scene where Eden tells Simon about the miscarriage and he is centered on his feelings I was thinking, 'For the love of God Simon, give her a hug.' Anyway, thank you Dallas, Lara and everyone involved. The Chosen is such a blessing.

My husband and I bawled watching the last few episodes of season 3; he felt so seen as a father grieving the loss of a child, and Eden’s anger at both Simon and honestly at God was so raw and real to me that it made me realize how much anger I still held. Since the last episode, I have been able to walk through some deep healing with God, and while we still grieve the four we’ve lost, I no longer walk as wounded in my spirit. She did portrait the feelings & the aftermath of having lost a child. You don’t ever forget that no matter how many days, months or even years. First wanted to thank everyone on this miracle production of "the chosen" it has changed my life especially touching healing miracles that the savior performed. I'm a stroke survivor of three years and I've carried a heavy burden in my soul because I really believed that I could be healed through faith and it didn't work out so it made me bitter, anger and depressed, when started watching the chosen it touched me in a way that led me soften my heart and change that view of my life, especially in was the episode where Jesus came into Eden’s household and her mother was very ill and when he touched her he said "leave her" meaning the disease was now being cast out and that word leave I put into my mind and I said let all this darkness leave me let me turn towards the light of Christ so that I can be healed from my bitterness and my depression. I can't thank the cast and the crew enough because having this miracle at this time in my life. It's amazing the work the Eden does and the emotion that she portrays what a marvelous job Eden makes everything she's going through the emotion and love and tenderness seems so real. Another scene that touched me when her husband came home and she was walking on the grapes, that was such an affectionate scene because my stroke has put a burden on my marriage and I'm trying to rebuild that now all I can say is for the blessing thank you thank you thank you!

It must have been so hard for you during the miscarriage scene. You are such a wonderful actress. You did a marvelous job doing this scene. Thank You for asking people who have had miscarriage’s for their input. I had two premature stillbirths. A boy and a girl. I was far enough along that we had them buried. My husband and I wanted children so much and I was so depressed not knowing whether I would ever have children. We were Christian’s and spent a lot of time in prayer. We went to a Bible Study at our landlady’s home. One week she shared with me that she had placed us on a prayer chain. Eventually I got pregnant again and had to spend my pregnancy in bed. It was worth it. I gave birth to my daughter. Eventually I had two more children a girl and a boy. Thank You for playing Eden! ❤

I have never lost a child, but I have had a similar situation in the sense that God gave us a challenged child. And I found out unexpectedly, whereas my wife had known for a bit (but chose to not tell me when I was deployed). When I got home, she was angry and upset and it took me a really really long time to figure out what was wrong. And the differences between men and women played a huge part ( as it did in the show) in how we communicated.

As a couple who struggled with fertility issues including some traumatic experiences.....the emotional portrayal of the two characters is spot on. The frustration and anger directed at nobody, but manifesting as turmoil between the couple. The difficulty in talking about it with each other. Not wanting your partner to be upset and not wanting to feel like the reason they're upset, even though you didn't so anything wrong. But the pain being even worse because of the magnitude of the love between you. I've personally been in the situation that Simon and Eden are in, and the scenes felt too real.

I have 1 daughter pregnant and 2 grand daughters were pregnant. Last week my one grand daughter had a miscarriage at 7 weeks. When I saw Lara's pain I felt terrible for my grand daughter because her cousin and aunt were about to have babies and it must be awful like it was for Simon's wife to see other women healed. It hurt me to feel their pain. This was amazing to hear her story.

Lara’s performance was really moving and heart wrenching. I miscarried our second baby. I was 23, and I remember feeling numb, sorta like I was in a daze, just going through the motions, taking care of our two year old, housework, and cooking for my husband. It was a very hollo feeling, even though I knew the Lord, and knew he was in control. It really does happen so often, but you really don’t talk about it much. I so enjoy this show for many many reasons, but one is, it shows that the 🙏disciples and the first believers, were human, and still had a life, with real human feelings and situations. The actress Lara who plays Eden is awesome. So kind and fiercely strong underneath. She knows her husband and makes him such a better man. I love how she says you are not the man I married..right now. She is suffering and trying to support her husband and with her strong belief in Jesus and this time of their lives, she draws you in and is comforting him as she reveals this family tragedy. 😢 amazing how much love they show for each other❤ Thank you for embracing this role. What an awesome job to show everyone that marriages do have struggles , but hold on to each other! Beautiful 🤗🙋‍♀️♥️🙏
