Isn't the school district implementing Betty Devos policy? The example you are using of the test can't that be applied to "conservatives" as well?

No they are making up their own rules that don’t match the State or what almost all other districts around us are doing. As for test if you mean forced va x then yes eventually that would affect everyone but those on government assistance would be the guide pigs. As for the psychological test, absolutely the echo chamber goes both ways, but right now conservatives are afraid to speak up (because now conservatism=racist) so liberal voices are much louder and more prevalent.
