Battle Bond isn't artificial. It's more natural than Mega Evolution, as many Mega Stones could be artificial and emerged during the war. Battle Bond is something unlocked when a deep bond is created.

@@sudsyinc.953 Well in this case Ash-Greninja aka Battle-Bond Greninja is not a fusion between Ash and Greninja. That is just how they look. The claims of how certain species came into existence and how they function somehow being manmade. That the tree seen in the Treasure of Area Zero DLC are in no way trees of life, but are just that way because of Terapagos' energy thus having nothing to Xerneas, The tree seen in the Crown Thunder DLC deal with Eternatus and thus have nothing to do with Xerneaas again. Dealing with Terastal and Dynamax Energy respectively. The life energy also being mentioned a lot has nothing to do with Xerneas. It is simply infinity energy, and it something all living Pokemon have. Bill's fusion with a Pokemon is nothing like Battle-Bond. They are two entirely separate things. There really hasn't been an artificial vs manmade thing going on. The exception to that would obviously be Scarlet vs Violet... but that isn't exactly artificial vs manmade as that is a version exclusive thing and has nothing to do with the story unless you specifically consider Violet and how Turo wanted have the Paradox Mon of come to live along side the Pokemon that currently exist. Which is you look at the games as a whole is actually an Invasive vs Native storyline. Especially when you learn that the Paradox Pokemon aren't from the past of the future, but at both from the present, Specfically the present of another timeline. As the alternate timeline Prof. Sada and Turo tell you directly they are working on a machine to pull Pokemon from other timelines present into their own. With there current present aligning with our current present. The disregard of Meowth learning how to talk when all Pokemon can learn to talk and there are multiple instances in the games and anime the prove it. Most Pokemon simply don't bother learning as they don't need to. That isn't even considering all the Pokemon who spoke through Telepathy instead.

I do have an idea for expanding Megas: MEGA BURST! Basically, every Pokemon with a Mega Form has a Superpowered move known as a Mega Burst which becomes available after a certain condition is fulfilled (what it is, I do not know) Some Ideas I had for Mega Bursts include: Delta Dive (Rayquaza flies into orbit, barraging opponents with energy blasts, before crashing down in a fiery explosion) Briny Bombardment (Blastoise retreats into its shell, spinning up a hurricane, before pelting its airborne foe with rapid blasts from its hands as its shell cannon charges up one last shot) Blossom Blast (Venusaur jumps high into the air, increasing its absorbed sunlight, before unleashing a titanic Solar Beam) Kugelblitz Claw (Charizard X coats its claws in blue flame, before unleashing furious slashes that end in an azure flaming charge) Blazing Bomb (Charizard Y grabs the foe, flying to the atmosphere before smacking them back down with its tail) Astral Assault (Mewtwo X punches the foe all around the world, uppercuts them to space, then kicking them back down) Supreme Psyche (Mewtwo Y pushes the foe through multiple dimensions, ending in the distortion world to barrage them with stone before slamming them back down to the original world)

Even when Greninja was voted Pokémon of the year they did nothing for him. The Legends Z-A announcement blew my mind. The only ones from the games I was okay with is may, dawn, Serena, Lillie and gladion because their roles didn’t change all that much from the games and while I love SM for finally being different from the games with the school and family and ultra guardians and JN with traveling the world and anime only characters and not following the game storyline, I still wanted what HZ is doing having adult cast where money is a constant issue and not doing the gyms but something else this is treasure hunting but there is so much they could do let me see a police officer/detective, Pokémon ranger, ninja, aura guardian, psychic school etc. The gym challenge was getting stale to watch not to mention ash losing and never having a concrete goal that he can reach. So glad we don’t have a talking Pokémon or motto in HZ and the villains are not for comedic relief. The only way I even want to see ash again is as an adult and they retcon what a Pokémon master is that its a title you get from winning a super PWC where only gym leaders, elite 4 and champions enter and now ash achieved his dream his new dream is traveling in a airship with some of his friends (goh, Gary, Horace, Brock or anime only character, lei and 2 other kids) to become the aura guardian of the world.

@@shadowwizard2383 I haven't personally watch Horizons yet, but I've heard good things about it! Still, that wasn't my point. I was talking about the games and anime separately. This is all my personal belief; none of it is confirmed: They're not trying to erase Ash from the Pokémon universe; he's too important to the franchise. Many people love Ash, if not only just because they watched him on TV as a child. Now look, there's no debate that there are still a large group of fans who haven't moved on from XY, (Even if they claim to have) and still compare everything to it. The Pokémon Company wants each season to be judged separately (Which is fair); and I believe it's for this reason they intentionally avoid reminding you about XYZ or the X&Y games. Even when Clemont, Bonnie, and Serena made cameos they only got 1 episode each despite being heavily beloved characters. Clemont and Bonnie were bundled together too, meaning the XY cast only got 2 episodes! Misty and Brock got multiple cameos in the last two series and had several episodes. Similarly, Dawn made a comeback for several episodes due to the Gen 4 remakes and pre-makes. Now, I understand that doesn't confirm anything; perhaps they just had no good storyline ideas for any of them, and don't want to mess up characters that are know for being so well designed, so they decided to make them token cameos. Either way, I can't help but feel it was influenced by not wanting people to judge Journeys by comparing it to XY. They're (Understandably) trying to move on and create a new show. As for the games, X&Y were and, in some cases, still are, criticized. I could be biased, I admit that. But I feel that XY is seen by TPC as a problem either way. To many, they can't beat XY (The anime); and to another group, X&Y (The games) were seen as a failure. XY, as a generation, is a point of division among the community; you either loved it or you hated it. Kalos is a name rarely mentioned by TPC officially; almost as if they want us to forget it. Even when Greninja was voted Pokémon of the year, they held no celebration for it other than the article announcing it as such. Sound suspicious yet? Ash-Greninja is basically the mascot of XYZ. They want to cut ties with the past, so all they have to do is cut him. Regardless of whether or not you are fond of Ash-Greninja, he's a fan favorite of many, many people (He's my personal favorite Pokémon) and doesn't deserve to be cut. If TPC was trying to make you forget about Ash, then A) that would be a terrible business decision and B) they would have blocked the Pikachu wearing Ash's hats from transferring into SV just like Ash-Greninja. Ash is a recognizable part of their brand, they'll never make you forget about him, if not only just so they have something to fall back on in case the anime ever fell through (Nostalgia is a powerful thing). What they do want you to forget about is Ash-Greninja; as he's a remnant of a season that every new season remains in the shadow of. Instead, what we (As a community) need to do is make sure no one ever just goes along with it or says "It is what it is". Keep asking where Ash-Greninja is and why Battle Bond doesn't transform him in the new games. P.S. They're already having code promotions with Liko's Sprigatito, Roy's Fuecoco, etc. proving that they plan to continue the trend of the anime and games interacting. They're never going to fully split them; they advertise each other. That would also be a bad business decision.

10:44 ok you’re way off here what? The Poni Wilds and the Wild Area are not even remotely similar? The Wild Area is divided into different biomes, or at least as is the intent, and has the whole different leveled pokemon gimmick, and dens. Yes they are both big open spaces but that’s really all they share in common? The Poni Wilds are really just another zone. I’d say the Safari Zones are closer to the precursor for the Wild Area than the Poni Wilds. 10:55 and this, Pokemon Go’s Raids,, they don’t really have much to do with the mainline games since well, Niantic isn’t Game Freak. Plus it’s a mobile game where the whole point is to interact with the world around you, it’s a no brainer to have raids, I mean they already had the way gyms work there and then the pokestop modules, both of which push a similar idea of having multiple Pokémon Go players in one place. Game Freak just saw it was working out there and tried it themselves, I don’t think they had any direct influence on it being in Pokémon Go itself. Tbh it’s not like they are… actually doing that well either, there’s a reason it works in Pokémon Go,, As for the idea of Battle Bond actually being a thing in Z-A that would be awesome but… mhm I think, depending on the customization options, could be a living nightmare for Game Freak. Not to mention, I think the removal of Ash-Greninja actually gives more credit to them not wanting to do it, rather than them not liking the implementation. After all, it’s just a gift Pokemon, made to relate to the anime without stepping on any lore toes. With how long it’s been, it always felt more like a removal cuz it was past its time, as now, with so many more kids having entered with the switch series… who’s really going to know the anime reference? The fact it was removed when making the jump speaks volumes too,, like they’re moving past it, then again you never know. I’d love to see Battle Bond but… I think it’s rather unlikely

Poni plains aesthetically feels like a mini wild area, it has a 'wild' and natural design, remote feel and has Pokémon like Fearow swooping down at you if you get close to a tree, which feels like a precursor to how they might interact in the overworld in the wild area. That's all I mean. As for raids, what you've said there doesn't really argue against my point. TPC saw it was successful in GO and then implemented a similar thing in the main series, that's for sure. As a solution to the potential logistical issues with battle bond, you could have a bunch of Pokémon, say 15 or so, that all get it based on important trainers in the game's story so the designs are consistent and not customisable. Maybe you complete a quest line with those characters and upon completing it either the trainer or a third party third party scientist character (like Bill) finds a way to for the player to help your version of the Pokémon achieve that state through a held item or changing its ability. Then maybe the Z-A starters get a design based off the non customised version of the protag.
@stellathefoxgirl36484 ай бұрын
@@galariangold I mean, if you’re counting the Poni Wild Area for just that… why even bring it up at all? There are plenty of areas with a “wild” aesthetic, especially in Alola as a whole, that’s just how the region is supposed to feel in some areas… besides they didn’t even implement the whole tree thing. I just don’t see how it adds to the point of GF trying to experiment when really compared to the rest of Alola, there is nothing particularly notable about the Poni Wilds, except for that very, very loose aesthetic connection you say it has. I bring up that about Pokemon Go because once again, it has nothing to do with what you’re saying in the vid. You can’t say that Game Freak likes to experiment with concepts at the end of a gen and then pull something not from any atypical generation of game and not even from Game Freak. It’s not that it’s against your point but it doesn’t exactly pertain to it. As for the Battle Sync idea,, I suppose that’s possible? Another commenter has brought up the possibility that it actually never had to do anything with Ash, seeing how there are 2 cases of Greninja receiving this power up and looking the same despite them not being well, Ash’s. So maybe they won’t have to do that at all? Then again if that’s the case, and then they do that, like… it kinda just becomes practically the same as mega evolution. Mhm, I think such an idea kinda undermines its uniqueness but, would be interesting to see regardless
