I meal prep my lunch every week and rotisserie chicken is the cheapest/easiest/yummiest way for me to prep. I just pick one up at the grocery store, wait for it to cool and debone and shred it. Then I add it to pasta, salad or bowls. Super yummy, super quick. Good luck meal prepping!
