i completed 75 hard a couple months ago to improve discipline and doing things even when i dont want to and i believe the main thing that changed for me was my mentality and mindset towards certain things. I believe most men should do 75 hard at least once in their lifetime, also you should add no fap if you struggle with self control.

Started my 100 hard today. Went to the gym twice, first one 4 hours , second one 1 hour to burn off some meals. Gave up hard drugs, alcohol. Started a new diet. Giving myself full discipline
