No lies told at ALL in this video. I agree with you 100% on all the scents on your list. With Honorable mention of Replica Jazz Club and Tom Ford Bitter Peach (I just can’t get with them for some reason)…and your not alone, me and Gucci fragrances just can’t get it together 😅. I agree w you about Gucci Fragrances and the Replica By the Fireplace and Ariana Cloud but I respectfully disagree with Jo Malone fragrance Wood Sage and Sea Salt, although longevity is minimal, the scent is wonderful to me on my skin. Great Review. 😊

Scents that I believe are over hyped include Chloe Nomad, Burberry Her, Gentle Fluidity and unfortunately Valentino Born in Roma. I recently bought the latter which smells good… it’s an every day scent but it doesn’t deserve all the hype. I think Le Vie Es Belle isn’t hyped enough.

I watch many perfume videos and figured something is wrong with my nose because the reviewer will rave about the perfume and that you just have to have it in your collection. Here I am running off to Macy's and Nordstrom to test them. Alas, they don't make it past the skin test and I use to think it is my nose. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one disliking these. The Burberry Her made it into my collection when I first got into perfumes. I gave it away, it did nothing for me. A perfume has to invoke excitement in me for me to buy it.

In the defense of Hypnotic Poison, you needed to smell the original release before the reformulation. This scent and performance started my fragrance journey in 1999 and I am highly disappointed in the reformulation. I still keep my original bottle to remind myself of what it used to be. I feel like you would appreciate the original much better. And yes, it was worth the hype at that time.

Hai ragione Samantha: Hypnotic Poison e' morto! Dior farebbe bene a ritirarlo dal commercio perche' ora e' diventato acqua sporca. Si salvava fino al '2010/2012 sebbene avesse gia' avuto diverse riformulazioni, ma attualmente e' osceno, veramente l'ombra di se stesso e peggio dei suoi dupe piu' scadenti. E pensare che era un piccolo capolavoro, ma ora l'hanno massacrato, le ultime riformulazioni sono pessime. Peccato perche' io l'ho amato moltissimo. Se vuoi qualcosa che lo ricorda molto e un po' assomiglia al vecchio HP, ti consiglio "Confetto" di Profumum Roma, un brand italiano di nicchia di qualita', ciao.

I don’t own B540, but damit If the dupe makers don’t stop.. I own Burberry Intense and I love it and get lots of compliments when I wear it. Cloud is a waste of $$$. The only Replica I own is Autumn Vibes; i can’t wait to the weather is right to wear it again. I wanted something diff and I blind brought Hacivat ooo Chile that was the worst blind buy I ever brought. I prefer unisex scents but this one had me in a chock hold (return). The other scents that u mentioned I do not own and don’t have a desire to. You look lovely btw. This video gets two thumbs up and a twist. Lol

I actually think Cloud does smell like Baccarat Rouge. I walked up to a girl at work one day and that's what I thought she was wearing, but it was Cloud. They smell very similar.

Somebody had to say it. Cloud is more like a fart (excuse my language) because it only last a few minutes. I bought the 5 piece coffret set with By the Fireplace and it is definitely very intriguing how they truly captured the essence of a fireplace but I do not want to smell like that. I just bought Gucci Bamboo; blind, wish me luck. But I feel similar about Kilian. I think alot of their fragrances are totally overrated and not worth the money. However, Hacivat being a pineapple bomb sounds up my alley. Great video.

Scent notes do different things depending on the person. Alot of people can not smell baccarat due to the ambroxan note too.

Alright put the tomatoes down. Put them down please I beg hear me out first. So boom tobacco Vanille I actually love I’ve tested it and I want to get my hands on it for the winter. Ariana Grande cloud I bought prior to buying baccarat because when I learned about it, it was during Covid and we obviously couldn’t go in stores to test it but it was convincing enough for me to finally buy the real thing. Last one, I own and adore by the fireplace. Wait wait hear me out now I love layering it with other vanilla fragrances and its such a beautiful fragrance to me in the cooler months. Jazz club I owned but it pulled too masculine on me so I gave it to my guy. Whew alright I hope we’re still friends after this lol! P.s. I agree on the gucci perfumes some of them are giving the granny whose house you want to skip on Halloween that gives out caramel chews and moth balls.
