Since the state of emergency in Japan ended and my language school reopened I have been working six days a week and heavy daily schedules - it's been non-stop for the past three months. I didn't want to stop, because I get depressed and anxious all over again when I'm alone at home, so I've asked my boss to keep the six days a week schedules until the end of the year. But today I'm feeling so exhausted. Your message made me cry, because I feel as if God knows how I feel. There's no way out, but at least God knows how I feel. It's enough. Thanks Troy. I keep coming back to your videos, because they always make me feel better.

Sometimes I just put everything aside, my worry about school, my worry about friends and family, sometimes I just pick up my Bible and let my spirit rest, we all forget to let our spirit rest, our spirit is like a leaky cup, we fill it up and it's full for a while but then slowly over time our cup gets more holes and then we need to keep refilling it more often.
