It's lovely that Tasha seems to have so much confidence with her body. So much pressure on young girls these days. I think her being a professional dancer means she doesn't really have to do conventional exercise at a gym bc she's doing cardio all the time really. It's just disguised as her job/fun. Love that for her :)
