Love the bag! But I have no idea what cotton thread 2 mm (4ply) means. By thread, do you mean yarn or something like macrame cord? If yarn, is it a "medium 4 weight"?

I use 100% natural cotton string, it's a bit stiffer than regular yarn. It's local to Thailand. You can use macrame instead. 😊

I’m in the UK and I use Cotton Aran weight yarn, which works well. I’ve made lots of bags using this creators videos and I’m really pleased with the results.

Hi. If i want to make the motif bigger in size i need to add more rounds to it. Instead of 8 rounds i want to make 10 rounds so my bag will be bigger. My question is do i have to adjust the base? If yes can you please tell me how many stitches or rounds of the base do i need to do? Thank you.
