It's Shonen Rom-Com Season 😂 - January 2024 Reading Log!

Thanks for the video! I’m stuck in a manga reading rut, mostly Shoujo and Josei romances. I’m looking forward to reading some different genres that you recommended. I read 42 manga volumes in January. 11 volumes so far in February. I’m also enjoying ‘Cinderella Closet’; I’m happy with the way the latest volume ended. My romance manga highlights so far in 2024: ‘Is Love the Answer?’, ‘An Observation Log of My Fiancée Who Calls Herself a Villainess’, ‘Ogami Can’t Keep It In’, ‘Virgin Love’, ‘You’re My Cutie’, and ‘Abe-Kun’s Got Me Now!’ I read ‘When I Became a Commoner...’ by Kenzi Oiwa today and really can’t wait to see what happens next. In it, two baby girls are switched at birth by fairies. One family is rich and the other is poor. At 13, the “ugly duckling” Anna finds out why she’s always felt out of place in her aristocratic family. Before the truth comes out, she makes changes in preparation of her future life as a commoner. 42 is really good for January! And also a pretty good pace for February! Also loved "Is Love the Answer" and really enjoying Virgin Love! Definitely going to keep an eye on the series you suggested!

Wow you read a lot in January. I hadn't read a ton of manga in January cause of family needs. (Including the death of my grandmother.) I did read some though and I hope to read more in February! (Though right now I'm reading While Time Remains by Yeonmi Park.) I wish that I had the store you go to for older manga though jeez! So many good finds!

Great video as always im glad your liking marige toxin and witch hat atelier. As for other stories dark gathering gets so much better i watched all of s1 i think it ends at vol 9 and also dragon quest dai will get better just you wait so yea thats all from me bye bye.

Gachiakuta gets much better after vol 1 and that "cringe" happens a lot less often.

@@ThatMangaDudeI had the same sentiment going into the series with vol 1 as you it's a series that imo continually gets better and better with each volume can def tell the mangaka is new and is learning.
