Tried a version of this deck, and it could have been the games I played, but it really didn’t go well for me at all. Some cards that I added or considered: Eidolon of Astral Winds, Eidolon of Obstruction, Ghostly Prison, Overwhelming Splendour, Archon of Emeria, Glorious Anthem and more ramp pieces like Arcane Signet and Mind Stone. Enlightened Tutor and Moon-Blessed Cleric would also go well to tutor for key enchantments

I was debating on asking you to build this commander. I tried it with Oblivion ring Tribal. It sometimes worked okay
