Now here is a tiny house not quite like anything we’ve seen before. It’s one of the smallest designs we have featured, yet has some of the biggest design features including an amazing loft net, clever storage and some ultra cool design.
It may be a tiny house but there’s a lot of big thinking that’s gone into this homes design. Cam is an artist and wanted a home where he could express his style while living in comfort. Despite its small size, this is a tiny house that wants for nothing.

I've watched all of Bryce's videos and this is by far one of my favorites. It's only 20ft long and he has a large kitchen, large bathroom, the cutest doggy space, a bedroom you can stand up in, a lounging area, fantastic view, and a great outdoor deck. What more do you need in life? And his artwork is amazing. So happy for him.

It’s always shocking to me to see the house from the outside and think “ I don’t know…this one looks really small,” and then you show the inside and I am blown away by how spacious it seems! The use of windows definitely helps, but it is still amazing at how much they fit into such a small space without it feeling crowded! Love it!

You can really tell what a responsible and loving brother he is :) He has a job and has completely built space for himself without disturbing the sister's family but at the same time helping them out as well. This is, beyond doubt, 100 %, no questions asked, hand on my heart, THE best tiny house I have EVER seen! The contrast between visually stimulating Art and quiet wall space is perfectly balanced, with beautiful plants softening the space. WOW, that was truly challenging getting the house around his sister's home and down the grade into its final landing. As tiny homes are becoming more accepted here in Canada, I expect that there will be more and more such solutions in our cities - a small dwelling located in the back garden of an existing home. This meets the thinking about "infilling" existing neighbourhoods without building up - as happens when introducing high-rises into places where there were only one and two story builds. As soon as the two of you entered the house and we saw all the mature plants, it was obvious that this was a place where he had lived for some time. It's nice to see someone who has gotten past the initial stage of living in a small space. The impact of all the artwork makes this lovely little home even more individualistic than is the norm for many tiny houses, and I especially love the fact that the TV is so well hidden in plain sight. This has to be one of the most successful at using the framed smart TV this way that I have seen. Thanks Bryce and Rasa for bringing us another wonderfully designed example of what can be done, and done so beautifully.

Love this house! It really is a great example of achieving financial freedom through not being tied down to a huge mortgage. I like the extras he went for too, matching the window frames with the frame of the building wouldn't have been the cheapest option but it definitely enhances the overall look. Well done!

I am constantly amazed at the creativity of human beings when I watch tiny house videos! Cam's house packs so much so beautifully into quite a small space! That kitchen is fantastic (though as someone who doesn't like dishwashers I'd definitely need a larger sink - lol). I love how he has made efficient use of the space by how he accesses the hammock area and the bedroom. But I have to say that the colours in that gorgeous mural, and all those plants, really bring it all together with such warmth and coziness. And who can resist that amazing doggie space? This home is definitely a 10 in my opinion!

Cam, your home is gorgeous... you created what you wanted in a tiny space within your sister's yard... Your deck is absolutely beautiful... love your dog 🐕 ❤️....you have lots of room with plenty of storage. Your bathroom is big and not cramped... storage in the hallway is always a plus. This is the perfect example of why vertical space is so so important. A long tiny house with a low roofline is so much more limited in terms of what you can do with it but a house with enough height to put usable space on the second level is so livable

i love this channel and the idea of tiny houses everywhere. one thing that does concern me is that tiny houses do not seem safe for elderly. as you get older you shy away from using stairs due to fall hazards... which is why elderly tend to feel safer in single story homes without staircases. a lot of elderly stop using the second floor of their house altogether when they reach a certain physical milestone. i have yet to see this addressed in any tiny house so far. It would be completely unrealistic for someone over 68-70 to climb into their bed space like this sprite 20 something young person.
