It's so delicious that I make it every day. Turkish Pancakes/Akitma

A Turkish friend told me about Akitma pancakes in a comment, and after making these pancakes, I fell in love with them. It's really simple to make, but it tastes really good. It looks a lot like British crumpet pancakes.
▷ Dough ingredients (about 8 or more)
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 400 ml warm milk
- 100 ml warm water
- 1 egg (50 g egg)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 g instant dry yeast
▷Topping ingredients
- unsalted butter
- honey
