이 영상 보고 어젯밤 10시 넘어서 오븐을 돌리고 말았습니다. 윗불이 셌는지 오븐에 들어간 지 5분도 안 됐는데 케이크 표면이 까맣게 타서 부랴부랴 호일로 덮은 뒤 130도 아래로 낮춰서 구웠습니다. 처음 오븐에서 꺼낼 때는 틀 위로 올라왔던 케이크가 나중엔 3cm 높이로 가라앉더군요. 그래도 치즈케이크 맛있게 잘 먹었어요. 훌륭한 영상 올려주셔서 감사합니다

오븐 사양에 따라 굽는 시간과 온도 차이가 나더라구요~ 온도를 잘 맞춰야 모양도 잘 구워지는데 저도 여러번 실패를 많이 했답니다~^^;; 폭신하고 부드러운 케이크는 맞는 온도를 찾는게 늘 어려운 것 같아요~ 그래도 맛있게 드셨다니 다행이에요~~ 저도 감사드립니다♡
