Our Christmas was always going to be different (and difficult) this year as it’s the first one without my beloved Daddy. But that aside, it’s definitely going to be a very scaled down Christmas. I won’t be seeing my brothers and extended family. But I’m so thankful that I’ve got my 3 children and my Mum with me. Well make the best of it and just be thankful we are together. Hope you, Paul, Alex, Oscar and Ethel have a nice, family Christmas. Thank you for all your posts during this year. You’ve helped to keep me sane. Hope 2021 is a better year for all of us. Merry Christmas have loads of fun with Paul Alex and Oscar bet Alex is excited my hubby his coming home from hosp for 4hours and my son is lives here and the 3grandchildren will be here and my great granddaughter but one granddaughter and little girl will be here an hour then to her partners family for Christmas Dinner so the will be 5for dinner love fran xxxx

Happy Christmas to you and your family ❤️🎄 I know you said you will google recipes but in case you are interested for the beef ... when I cook it I will brown the beef on all sides, then put in a casserole and cover adding a cup of boiling water. I cook at 160. For a 1 kg beef joint I would cook for 90 minutes or maybe a bit less depending on how well you like it cooked. I’m sure whatever way you cook it it will be delicious 😋

Awww lovely......have a lovely Christmas.....i'll miss you. I usually cook roast beef in a magic roasting bag in the oven on a very low heat for a couple of hours....use the juice for gravy....delicious
