I call bullshit, there is no chance that is at a garage sale. If it were there would have been more noise than just a fan in the background.

I have a directional/lapel mic that blocks exterior sounds (otherwise you'd hear sirens and cars honking and stuff when I'm doing an outdoor shoot). It pretty much records only me and what's in front of me. I got it because people complained about too much background noise. Can't make everyone happy, I guess.
