I used to have a really bad stutter problem as a kid, and the speech therapist who helped me overcome it was this super amazing indian woman, Ms. Arthi. I used to have a issues making friends with people and I remember her always knowing just what to say to make me feel better. She used to be super close to my family and she made the best Mac n Cheese, and I remember she used to play Kal Ho Naa Ho all the time whenever we were over at her house. She loved this movie so much that it's stuck with me all these years later. I don't know where she is or how she's doing but I am constantly listening to the soundtrack because it brings back so many good memories. Love this movie.

Same story born in 96. I remember almost every hit song from 1997 - 2004. Bollywood started going crappy from I think late 2004. I noticed these trends especially because I spent my childhood in Jamshedpur. All the songs were on Tv and Radio given it is an industrial city. The changes of economic liberalization were felt instantly. Saw the fastest change in Jamshedpur between 97 and 2005.

I was born in 2002 and I saw this movie when I was basically a baby. I heard its songs growing up as a little kid. I watched this movie again a few years ago for the first time as an adult and the memories as a kid started hitting in. The feeling of nostalgia is insurmountable. I reminisce those days when I was a little kid, about 3-4 years of age hearing this song over and over again. While, I didn’t explicitly remember listening to this song at that age, whenever I play this song now, I get this strong, indescribable feeling that I’ve heard it before. Andy Bernard from the Office says, “I wish there was a way to know you're in the good old days before you've actually left them.” While we are missing the old days, the fact that we are able to listen to this masterpiece in 2021 is honestly a blessing. Maybe we will look back to this year too. So don’t dwell too much in the past and look forward to better things in the future. I hope all of us stay happy and live life to the fullest :)
