Sorry that I am writing here about this topic but I am seeking help to understand and sort out a situation in a Godly way....i pray for an answer. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 My pastor (UPCI) allowed the leader of ushers to greet people and collect tithing and offerings with a santa claus hat on, is this acceptable? If not then how should be deal with this? I need an answer because tomorrow i have a meeting with pastor and it will only be 5 of us....i don't celebrate in any kind of way christmas but I don't judge those that do however I believe santa claus is idolatry...please tell me SOMEONE ANYONE if. I am right or wrong because this occurred before christmas and so far all that is happening is that pastor and minister are using pulpit preaching that we should not cause problems we should maintain peace (many people are upset about this santa claus situation) but he does not clarify anything about Santa...should pastor be confronted or is that wrong like pastor/minister is making it seems to be?
