Fixed my mana issue using a manaa regen belt and a sentinal relic that reduced shield bash cost to 6 mana

You want 5/5 Sturdy shields in Ring of Shields. Defensive shields isn't as good. The buff from the heal from Sturdy shields will give you massive Block eff buff. Fully buffed I'm at 12k Block Eff now. I think 20k might be possible. Definitely a fun D2 Uber smite feel to it.

actually if anyone have mana issues, you can use foot of the mountain and combine -3 mana relic. your mana sustain would be good - when stationary. (at least for me on empowered monolith with lvl 86)

It is Giga Tanky, just not against DoT. But with really good gear you are also very tanky against DoT

I tried to get this build up and running but got 1 shot as soon as I went to monoliths by phys with max phys res :(

then you do something wrong i run this build with far away from optimal gear and it works soo fine.

I switched from my leveling Multistrike + Forge Weapon build to this after I got gear prepared. Not only my damage got like 10 times worse, you need insane mana investment to not go OOM fighting any elite/boss. Biggest mistake I made.

You just built it wrong then, I’m lvl 70 and the shield bash is going over 20k dps, mana was never an issue and survivable is laughably easy

@@A_Helix_A Except 20k dps is nothing, thats why I think it has shit damage. I currently have around 100k DPS on it, and I still think it has pretty bad damage. But yeah, its super tanky.
