If you just had the *new owner * take over payments and you are still on the loan with the bank , you are fixing to get yourself screwed again like when you rented that thing out and it got smashed . They wreck it even worse the next time and walk away from the payments ... guess what ... you are still going to be responsible for the payments .

@@NigelDRealest I hope it works out for you . But the only way it can really really be worked out is for you to be completely off the loan . If it is not that then it is just a giant to be continued to whatever happens to that car as you are still going to be a part of it .
