Hello, glad you came to Nonthaburi. There are beautiful temples and very ancient places here. And there is a boat trip to see 7 temples as well. As for the giant catfish (ปลาบึก MEKONG GIANT CATFISH), it is a large freshwater fish with no scales that lives in the Mekong River. In nature, their numbers began to decrease until Thailand was able to successfully artificially inseminate and breed them. At this time distributed in general water sources.

I don’t speak Thai but I have been to Thailand 30 times since 2005. I have been all over the country and have learned how incredible Thai people are. I love the Thai culture and the country. I plan to retire there and will definitely take Thai lessons full-time. I want to assimilate into the culture and not be an expat who wants to live my Western life in Thailand.

As usual a great video mate. I’ve been in Nonthaburi many times and am currently staying here. Its market is one of the very best and there are so many amazing small family restaurants in the area. The river trip either way is great and relaxing. Love the channel !!

My favorite way to get around Bangkok, just went from Sathorn to Nonthaburi last weekend. Then took the baht bus to the train, going to Owl market. Unfortunately I am home in US now. Nice video.

My next trip to Thailand visiting my relatives in Bangkok, I want to stay in Nonthaburi side. Less tourists, less crowded, less traffic, less expensive and reminds me of the old Bangkok with the houses and boats on the klongs. Lots of history to see there. That is my memory.
