Lack of access to primary and dental care. Chronic absenteeism. No coat to keep warm in the winter. These were some of the challenges facing a 7th grade student cared for by Providence Community Health Centers at one of our three SMART school health clinics in Providence.
We are proud to help students overcome obstacles that can negatively impact their health and academic achievement.
