I feel like EDM and live percussion would be a great move for ye. Similar to Vince Staples album a few years back but with more instruments. I also see a resurgence of the 70s 80s coming back so I like that he is leaning into synthesizers and stuff. People don't realize that everything is cyclical and the most innovative people just see the pattern before everyone else does - they don't necessarily create it.

from 2018-2020, he had a lot of freestyle sessions where he recorded over live instrumentation (including drums/percussion) and they're absolutely brilliant, some of my favs are "How Ya Feel?", "Cabin Drums" and one that got a finished version called "Welcome to My Life" (although we don't have the original freestyle as of yet for that one).
