He's using falsetto i think it's easier. Yesung's using i think chest voice\ mix voice( yeye's voice is low nd raspy wookie's high nd thick? 😅love them both anyway

First thing , Yesung is a baritone , with a deep, husky voice people , it is itself impressive that he can sing in a higher register so well and with such a deep feeling.There's something unique about his voice ,that's why I personally prefer his version. On the other hand Ryeowook has it slightly easier cause he was born with a bright tenor ( high pitched ) so he can easier manage higher register notes( won't be as good in a very low register) plus his voice is not prone to break or crack as it is not of a husky or raspy type like Yesung's. No one should compare them , it is inadequate and silly. Completely different voices, one bright ,high pitched and from the head, the other one is chesty , heavy , emotive and in a low register. Both versions are beautiful , the rest is just your preference .

Hi just wanna say I've always seen your comments around. Thank you for always leaving little tidbits about Yesung's voice. I recently learn about things like chest voice, head voice etc from a fellow Cloud so now I understand what you're talking about lol... I find that those who understand singing and vocals tend to appreciate Yesung's vocals more because he's quite an anomaly right? Like you said, he's a baritone but he can venture into the high registers with mixed instead of going to head. In here, Ryeowook during that last high note goes into head voice but Yesung manages to sing in mixed that is chest-dominant.

I think Ryeowook sings effortlessly... it's clean.. but on the other hand, with Yesung's husky voice, it's very difficult to hit lik tat...but he sings it with full power and his singing has super emotions tat i get goosebumps everytime.
