It Starts With Us - Was the sequel necessary?

I think it's not really necessary, I'm currently at chapter 12 and I haven't experience the feelings I've felt while reading it ends with us. It's a literal downgrade. I haven't finished it yet but I am not expecting something rn. it all went down for me.

Fair enough! 😉 I do believe it has to do a lot with expectations. Mine were very low to begin with, so the more I read, the more I found myself enjoying it. It's not among my top 3 or even top 5 Colleen's books, but after all said and done, I'm not mad it exists ☺️
