Another fascinating and powerful testimony! I was captivated by her story but found one thing she said that really stood out and that was that "He [Yeshua] didn't come to start another religion". How simple and yet profound. So many Jewish people think accepting Yeshua as Messiah means you have "converted" to another religion and that you are no longer "jewish" but nothing could be further from the truth. Yeshua doesn't "convert" a son or daughter of Abraham - He COMPLETES them. He is the crowning glory of biblical Judaism. Biblical Judaism without Yeshua is like a well equipped beautiful nursery without a baby!!...to which the soul asks - So what is the point??! Baruch Hashem Adonai! Amen ✡ 🇮🇱 ✝ . He was and is the promised Messiah.

That’s beautiful. I’m not Jewish and I was raised by two parents committed to Christ when they were children. I was born again very young (5). It was so significant to me, even from my youth, how we needed a blood sacrifice to cover our sins. I think of Adam and Eve’s new clothes in Genesis 3, Abel’s sacrifice, the sacrifice God commanded of Noah and his family, the sacrifices Job offered on behalf of his children-all before Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and later the giving of the law to Moses and all Israel at Mt. Horeb. One of the verses that delighted me when I first read it (maybe about junior high) was Leviticus 17:11. I memorized the reference from that first day and thought it’s so central to the book because of how it points to Jesus (Yeshua)-why He had to die for us. It makes sense that the life of a creature is in the blood and that the atonement for sin would involve the shedding of blood because the penalty for sin is death (Genesis 2:17). It’s so gracious of God to lay such a solid foundation of faith for Yeshua in His Word. Praise the LORD how He reveals Himself to those who seek Him! 🙌🏻
