Stealing videos off the internet is still a DMCA violation though? Sooner or later one of the original video posters will see your content and report the video for copyright infringement. Then they will provide proof that it was their video first and your account will get banned. It’s always safer to fully make all aspects of your content original

This was cool. Next time, I would be curious to see even more conservative estimates. For example, instead of assuming 50% of views are qualified, assume 30% or less. I think that calculating this would STILL be motivating for some people. For some people, even 15% qualified views would pay their rent or at least half it on ONE video.

Yeah your math is off… having a former monetized channel (my account was italian and unfortunately tiktok has stopped monetizing italy), i ve found that eligible views are usually 1/3 of all your views. I ve had a video go to 785K views.. and made …0.55€ from it. Plus rpm varies so much… if your views come from a non monetized country… you’re screwed 😅

I have a tiktok account that i built up to over 200k followers but the content I was posting was called of duty meme edits. very specific audience I built for that account but I lost the desire to make that content. Depends on what country you live in. If I was in USA I would be millionaire, but you have no idea how hard is it to do it from eu. You have 50 times more to do than if you were in USA. Creating videos and getting views is easy, just make like 20 accounts on separate phones and getting paid for views is the same as if owning a single TikTok affiliate shop. It all depends on how good your videos are. You can get sells in no time... I will never be able to open a TikTok shop on my own, since i am based in a slav eu country. At this point I am willing to split account with someone else make all the videos and stuff and just let him upload from USA. anyways, you can never trust anyone that's the big problem.

Who ever originally introduced the video on the internet has copyright protection. The only safe videos you can use for monetizing is videos on the public domain, or royalty free resources.

I cut the videos down to 1-3s keeping them short and simple. I edited them in my own unique way. All of my videos I posted that contained the Amazon product review videos received violation points. My official TikTok account in return received 24 violation points, which caused my e-commerce privileges to get revoked. So tell me how this is incorrect? We are all trying to help each other out and I am sharing my experiences using others work on TikTok. So, it’s best to take my advice if you don’t want to be wasting your time.
