Definitely shoulda left the black wheels on it. Misfit doesnt look the same with polished wheels. And the polished just makes them look way too small for the truck. Maybe a set of all black forces or a black set with milled accents would go the best with misfit and of course. The wide stance as well

25mm is base then there's 19mm there 12.5 then 9.5.... 9.5 layed at 2in then rolled down to 1.5in is your typical driveway top coat, with the use of heavy truck traffic and trailers i would think of doing 2 levels, first being a base, letting that rest then the finish top coat. And just curious on who you hired to do the job?

Jack, with having your motocross background and loving to play around in the dirt, why not some trucks that have a more off-road vibe versus show truck look. Maybe an AT4, or Tremor SuperDuty with some meaty tires, suspension upgrades, and/or aftermarket steel bumpers🤷‍♂️ Just a thought to maybe change things up and give you a new challenge as a truck builder. Or even potentially a Silverado 1500 Trail Boss with the baby duramax or Colorado ZR2 duramax. I know you always do HD trucks, but maybe a 1500 with a diesel could provide something new for you to try

From the front, the stance looks good. I'm the type though that would rather take the width outside the fenders and turn it into some height that fits the fender wells better. In essence I am the breed that prefers how the white truck sits.

lol knew he couldn’t leave this truck with a decent beefy setup. Had to put on trash brushed forces on stretched rubber bands. Finally thought we’d get a truck on a reasonable sized wheel with real beefy tires but nope

That setup is siiiiicccckkkk, 12 wides fit that truck way better. Polished is the perfect color offset for black .

330 lb/syd 19.0mm HMA is not a good or best or better rating but the aggregate size is indicative of the the strength of the pavement. 19.0 mm is good for an intermediate layer or base layer of HMA. a 9.0mm or 12.5mm HMA aggregate size is typically used as the surface layer, which does not add much strength to the pavement but provides the smooth surface for the top of the pavement. You should do a 175-220lb/syd 9.5 or 12.5mm HMA (1.5"-2" depth) on 3" 19.0mm HMA on top of 6-12" compacted aggregate that would be great for your heavy duty vehicles and last a long time

Apshalt quality doesn't go based on size by the way. They use bigger Apshalt on busy highways and roads. Usually we use finer mix on driveways, the quality is the oil they use.

6" of GAB, 2.5" of 19MM and 1.5" of 9.5MM. Will look great and handle any heavy trucks or equipment you bring to the compound.

up to what levels of “big things” did u use that 1/2” impact gun, cuz i wanted to get a 3/4” one because I didn’t want to buy a half inch then go back and buy a 3/4 inch, but now that i see both side by side the 3/4 inch looks too big to use on suspension parts.

If I was going to pave my driveway i would pave it in concrete because it holds up for a longer time in my opinion and with a asphalt driveway you'll have to seal it every so many years to try to make it last as long as possible

@durtymax jack, I do geotechnical engineering in Oklahoma. Love the channel and love how you give away these vehicles. For your driveway I would look at doing 3 inches of type S-4 with lifts of 1.5 inches for your asphalt with a PG 64-22 oil or similar in your area for the binder that would give you plenty of strength and a great design. And misfit looks badass with the new shoes.
