Thank you for sharing this glimpse of your hunt. I have no problem with hunting. I have never hunted bear but Moose and deer in the fall. Watching the elk move off on the ridge was epic and made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up with excitement. Ha ha!

My wife and I are about to sail from the Marshall Islands to Fiji about a 2000 mile journey. It is all due to my trips into the wilderness that had me feeling good about doing these trips across vast areas of water. It is just another wilderness.

I'm not a hunter, nor do I care for venison.....but I gain such respect from you and how much you enjoy your time and the harvest you eat(But a couple times you made breakfast sausage and gravy got me thinking). Thanks for sharing Jason!

Venison. I grew up as a kid hunting. All around this area are old, abandoned apple orchards. Venison tastes like what a deer eats. Ripe apples makes a whole lot of difference.

Love how you work that van. Winching up the hill 👍🏼. Yeah a front locker is a big help. If you can get an Auburn for the rear that would improve it also. That limited slip is usually a little late to engage fully. Nice job

A great video once again. Reminded me of the time I drove up Soda Creek from Hwy 20. About 3 to 4 miles up a herd of Elk came u p out of a canyon to my right (east). I just stopped in the road, eng idling, and 50 to 75 Elk walked sound my truck like it was a Boulder. NO camera, 1990s, sitting there going WOW!

OMG, I can't believe I recognized that road. We got stuck and had to turn around right where you had problems . We had street tires on an GMC Envoy. To cool! You'll have to let me know if you've ever made it to Lords Flat. There is an airstrip up there that I've always wanted to see.

@tonyfourpaws45112 жыл бұрын
still don't get why people use these jackerys.. I've had the same true Deep cycle battery for years that cost me around 200 bucks. charge it while I'm driving and can use my gaming laptop for over 6 hours, charge my phone and run lights with no issues. sure it has ports and a readout but so do I. total cost is less than 300.
