Hey everyone! Boy was it a DAY. Then I have been dedicated to getting my body moving so I headed to a local field to get some pilates and cardio in while Sydney played (she got hurt again while running from a bee). Then after enjoying an easy dinner, she fell on her scooter. She never gets hurt so imagine my heart lol I was so sad for her. But overall we had a wonderful long weekend despite the boo boos.

Poor pumpkin ☹️. I'm so glad she's ok. I know that deep, horrible feeling of your child getting hurt & not being able to protect them from it. I found a clear stair grip tape on Amazon that gives traction to smooth stairs but it's not noticeable. It has helped especially during the colder months while wearing fuzzy socks.

Papaya is a fairly mild fruit, like a plantain, though they each have their own distinctive flavor and can be combined well with other fruits and are quite healthy included in our diets with yogurt, salads, cottage cheese. I am relieved to know that Sydney's mishaps did not lead to any injuries of concern. She may be a bit off-kilter due to everything that is so new at school/1st grade. Good sleep helps their growth and development so much, not to mention the cementing in the brain of what was learned that day. Yes, we must be grateful when our children are not harmed and hope they have some understanding of what made them fall or get hurt somehow to try to avoid that in future. How great that you got time in the park and took us along with you both. It is a beautiful day and so lovely to get to enjoy that time with you both. You get to be together and yet do your own things there.

Omg I’ve had this exact experience when my daughter fell down the stairs a couple months ago - the sound of the thudding down the stairs seemed like it was going on forever!! Probably the most scared I’ve ever felt in my life! Luckily she was totally fine. So glad Sydney is okay!! ❤

I feel your stress 💯, my little 2 year old broke his leg 2 weeks ago. Anything medical stresses me out with kids oh man. I think papaya is like that. Because I ate it once in Indonesia. My father planted a papayatree in his parents garden a few years before we went there from The Netherlands. I thought it was blend too but ofcourse didn't say that. I like mango for that reason. That has so much flavor yumm 🥭.

Oh I’m so sorry! We don’t have stairs but my in laws do, she is so paranoid about the stairs that grandpa made a gate for them that locks. I think we’ve all fallen down the stairs at some point, it’s so great that she didn’t get seriously hurt 😭

That is so scary! When my youngest was about 18 months old he fell down a flight of stairs, too. I thanked God that day for his tough bones and protection. I'm so glad Sydney is ok ❤🙏🏼

My daughter is the same age as Sydney and she fell down the stairs twice before the age of 3. The first time it was on her bum, but the second time she went head over heels THE WHOLE WAY DOWN. Her shoes were too wide and she just slipped. Scariest thing ever. It was winter and she was bundled up so that helped. Thank goodness she wasn't hurt at all she was just scared.

I'm glad Sydney is ok! Was she sore at all the next day? My daughter fell down the stairs when she was little and she felt it the next day. not really the day it happened. Also try papaya with Tajin and lime. So good that way!

Yes, she had a very hard time sleeping that night because she hurt 🥺 But after about a day or 2 she said her bruises felt ok. Poor thing

I need to buy more exotic fruits I always by the basics apples,grapes,peaches etc need to try Papaya, Mango, Dragonfruit see them all the time poor Sydney I was accident prone as a kid falling constantly bike accidents etc she's a tough little girl❤
