It was a foul all day (in today's game). The only person to blame is Raskin - did he really think no one would see such an obvious push.- no matter how light it was? It gave Hart all he needed to exaggerate it and cover up the fact he wasn't going to get the ball, leaving Sima to score a perfectly good goal.
